We are looking for a salesperson for our client company on a permanent basis. Our client is a financially stable and reputable company in the building technology and construction sector, offering roof renovations, roof construction, and gutter and roof safety products. Their customers include housing associations, companies, and households. You do not need to be a sales professional yet; the right attitude is most important. Our client will provide comprehensive training for the role. We hope you enjoy interacting with customers, are confident on the phone, and want to develop as a sales professional. We expect from you: Proactive and enjoy customer interactions. Good communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new clients. Goal-oriented and motivated by success and results. Eager to learn and grow as a sales professional. Knowledge of construction or building technology is an advantage but not essential – comprehensive training will be provided. Additionally, we offer strong marketing support, which will bring you numerous quality customer meetings and help you succeed in your work. What does the job involve? Meeting clients and actively maintaining contact with new and existing customers. Assessing customer needs and preparing suitable solutions and offers. Close collaboration with marketing and technical teams to ensure the best solutions for customers. Your sales area is South Ostrobothnia. What do we offer? A permanent position in a financially stable and reputable company. Comprehensive onboarding and support from a professional team. Good tools and strong marketing support, providing you with quality customer meetings. You will also actively acquire new customers. During the first six months, a guaranteed salary of €2,500–€3,500/month depending on skills and experience. After this period, your salary will consist of a base pay of €1,000–€1,200/month (based on skills and experience) plus an incentive and bonus scheme. Our salespeople’s total earnings average €2,800–€5,000/month, with no upper limit. Interested?
