Construction Land Surveyor - Työmarkkinatori - Kouvola, Finland

We are seeking an experienced Construction Land Surveyor to support construction activities in Finland by ensuring accurate surveying, setting out, and verification of site works. This role is essential for maintaining precise alignment between design and on-site execution in a technically demanding project environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Carry out site surveying, setting out, and control measurements in accordance with project requirements - Establish and maintain site control points, benchmarks, and coordinate systems - Interpret and verify survey data, drawings, and digital models - Ensure high accuracy in positioning of structural elements and installations - Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GNSS equipment, and laser scanning tools - Process and manage survey data using relevant software - Identify and report discrepancies between design data and site conditions - Maintain accurate surveying records, reports, and documentation - Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure correct implementation - Ensure compliance with Finnish standards and project specifications **Requirements** - Bachelors degree in construction engineering,surveying,or related field - 3-5+ years of experience in construction site surveying - Strong experience with surveying equipment (total station, GNSS, leveling instruments) - Familiarity with coordinate systems, data processing, and surveying software - Understanding of Finnish construction practices and standards - Experience in complex construction projects is considered an advantage - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Ability to work independently and manage survey tasks on site - Good communication and coordination skills - Structured and methodical working approach - English: Good working proficiency - Finnish: Good working proficiency **Additional Information** - Site-based role in active construction environments - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times on-site - Start date: As soon as possible If you are interested in this position, please contact below emails: shi.qianlu@chec-bj.fi
