Practical Nurse (80%), Treklöver Residential Services, Pietarsaari - Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue - Jakobstad, Finland

We are seeking a part-time (80%) practical nurse for the Pohjanmaa wellbeing services area, with an initial placement at Treklöver short-term care in Pietarsaari. The short-term care provides temporary care for Swedish-speaking minor clients with developmental disabilities. Work with clients is interesting, diverse, and challenging. We are looking for a person who is committed, positive, and works in the best interest of the child. We value genuine interest in children and their care. We appreciate the ability to make independent decisions and work both independently and as part of a team. You will have opportunities to develop professionally, share your expertise, and work with an experienced team. The work begins on August 24, 2026. Qualifications: - Practical nurse qualification or a degree in accordance with the decree on health care professionals (564/1994) or social welfare professionals (153/2016). - Satisfactory oral and written skills in Finnish and Swedish. The unit is Swedish-speaking. - The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) section 48. Additionally, the candidate must present a criminal record extract as specified in the Criminal Records Act (6 § 2 mom). A trial period applies.
