Small Machinery Repair Technician (permanent) - JWD Palvelut

We are looking for a skilled small machinery repair technician for our client in a permanent position in the Uusimaa region. The work involves maintaining, repairing, and inspecting a variety of construction machines, including heaters, tower cranes, compactors, and concrete mixers. Custom modifications are also performed, offering a workplace where continuous learning and development are encouraged. You will work with new testing equipment, necessary overhead cranes, a small machinery repair workshop, an electrical workshop, and hydraulic equipment disassembly, testing, and adjustment benches, with support from experienced colleagues. We prefer candidates with relevant education or work experience in small machinery repair or similar fields, or experience in repair shop work. Basic reasoning, troubleshooting skills, and a flexible customer service attitude are essential for success in this role. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar (small machinery repair) role, Understanding and experience in electrical work, Valid occupational safety card and possibly a hot work permit, Genuine motivation to work and develop oneself, Honest and proactive attitude.
