Skilled Laborers & Carpenters for Construction Site in Espoo - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are currently seeking skilled laborers and carpenters for a construction site in Espoo. The work will start in August 2026, with initial start dates in weeks 32-34. The project is expected to last until January–March 2027, making it a long-term position. As a skilled laborer, your main tasks include traffic control at the site, securing material lifts, and receiving and guiding loads at the unloading area. As a carpenter, your tasks mainly involve moving and installing materials at the site, relocating electrical cabinets and site electricals, assembling and moving scaffolding, fencing around lifting and installation areas, and working in winter conditions. We expect good Finnish and/or English language skills, good physical condition, and a proactive work attitude. Experience from construction sites is an advantage, as is valid skilled worker training. A valid occupational safety card is required. We offer a long-term project, the possibility of a quick start, and a safe and professional working environment. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30. Evening and weekend work may be required. Salary: Approximately €14–16/hour depending on experience and role, plus additional benefits, allowances, and working conditions according to the building sector collective agreement. Apply now!
