ISS Services Industry & Technical Services business unit provides technical maintenance, repair, and main contractor services for commercial, office, industrial, and public buildings, including data center projects. We are now looking for a Project Engineer / Construction Supervisor for our project team in an international data center environment in Hamina. This is a full-time, project-specific fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of January 2027. The employment may be extended beyond this period. The role requires daily presence at the customer site. ISS Capital Projects unit is part of our largest business unit by revenue, property maintenance services, providing expert services to develop critical operational environments for clients. Our strong expertise, covering the entire lifecycle of properties, ensures service quality. Our internal collaboration enables us to deliver comprehensive facility management solutions flexibly. In this interesting role, you will work closely with project organizations and our clients. Your responsibilities include managing construction projects, ensuring safety and quality. You will oversee the implementation of safety culture, laws, decisions, and regulations on site, ensuring safe operations. You will report effectively and transparently to both your own organization and the client. You will support the project team professionally, with a positive attitude. You will participate in the continuous development of our customer relationship and commit to acting responsibly, reliably, and professionally. The role requires certification as a site supervisor/master, at least a university of applied sciences degree in construction or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in site management. Experience in an international data center environment is preferred. You should be familiar with legislation and general safety regulations and proficient in using Google Workspace tools. Your working style is present, systematic, careful, proactive, and active. You are confident in addressing problems and issues. Project management experience is considered an advantage in the selection process. You communicate fluently in both English and Finnish, effectively and clearly, with international and domestic stakeholders.
