We are currently seeking a care assistant to strengthen our warm and skilled home care team in Turku: In home care, you provide clients with security, care, and responsible presence in their own homes. You will work in diverse environments and implement comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with the client, relatives, and a multidisciplinary team. Your work emphasizes strengthening clients' resources, supporting participation, and a rehabilitative approach. You will have meaningful work where you play an important role in our clients’ daily lives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and encouraging team, with whom you will not be alone. You will have opportunities to develop your professional skills in various nursing tasks and receive good orientation and ongoing support. Additionally, you can influence shift planning. We value good communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently. You need good spoken and written Finnish language skills. The job requires a driver’s license and the possibility to use your own car. An advantage is a valid LOVe medication license, experience in elderly services, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional basic degree in social and health care (care assistant) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
