Our client is seeking an excavator operator for house foundation work in the Tampere region. In this role, you will work as part of a construction site where a proactive approach, smooth cooperation, and the ability to perceive the overall picture are valued. We are looking for a professional with several years of experience in similar work and a steady hand in machine operation. Success in the role requires good plan-reading skills and an understanding of the different stages of a construction site. We value flexibility, a brisk attitude, and a good sense of humor in everyday work. 3D proficiency is considered an advantage but is not essential for the position.
