Initially, the work is on a gig basis with shifts scheduled separately. This is an opportunity to utilize your skills in a responsible role where you can influence the success of moves and the functioning of the team. In your work, you will plan and organize moves comprehensively. You will act as a team leader, also known as a kymppinä, responsible for assisting other team members and coordinating work at the sites. We expect from you: Strong previous experience in moving work and understanding of load loading principles, Excellent teamwork skills and ability to take responsibility, Reliability, punctuality, and good stress tolerance, Problem-solving skills in changing situations, Customer service orientation, Valid C-class driving license, Flexibility and readiness for varying shifts.
