This position requires native level Japanese fluency (speaking, writing, reading). The role involves data services and consulting in the rewards and benefits domain, supporting HR decision-making through data analysis and system design. The candidate will handle reward database services, participate in consulting projects, and support new service launches. The work includes collecting and analyzing compensation data, supporting system design, and engaging in regional/global projects. The role offers deepening of HR system expertise and international collaboration, with communication in English. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in HR or organizational consulting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and English (TOEIC 800+).
