Childcare Assistant in Early Childhood Education, Substitute, Lagstads Daycare and Preschool - Espoon kaupunki - Espoo, Finland

As a substitute at Lagstads Daycare, you work in different groups within the unit and in other units as needed. Your role is to be a team member and participate in planned activities with children aged 1-7 years. During vacations and planned absences, you are prepared to work according to the absent staff's hours, with possible short notice changes in case of sudden absence. The work requires flexibility, good teamwork skills, and working with children from 1 to 7 years old. Workplace: Lagstads Daycare and Preschool, Esbogatan 7, Espoo. Working hours: 38 hours 15 minutes per week. Contract: AKTA general municipal service and employment collective agreement. The position is temporary and will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Qualifications include a degree in accordance with the Act on Early Childhood Education (540/2018), suitable pedagogical or social and health care qualification, and excellent Swedish language skills. The candidate must present a criminal record extract and meet health requirements related to tuberculosis risk. We value good teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
