Job Description

We are seeking a resource manager for the facilities construction sector to oversee organizational resource planning and development. This role offers a responsible position where you can guide the entire organization’s resource use and ensure smooth production success. You will have the opportunity to develop practices, influence overall organizational performance, and leave your mark on future projects. The resource manager's task is to ensure the right personnel resources are in the right place at the right time according to production needs. You will be responsible for nationwide planning and development of resources, ensuring the resource pool is appropriately scaled relative to current and forecasted order backlog. You will prepare and maintain forecasts and scenarios to support decision-making, identify resource bottlenecks proactively, and propose solutions. You will coordinate personnel allocation to various projects, ensure efficient resource use, and continuously monitor staff skills. Additionally, you will work closely with HR on recruitment and develop resource management processes, systems, and data quality, analyzing resource use and proposing development measures to improve production performance.
