We are looking for three membership recruiters to join our partner Taxpayers' Central Association team! Taxpayers' Central Association offers excellent services benefiting everyone from students to pensioners. As a membership recruiter, you will play a significant role in expanding the organization's activities. We provide high-quality training and ongoing coaching to ensure your success. Our customer databases are tailored to different target groups to reach the right people with the right message. We expect from you: - Interest and understanding of financial and tax matters - Situational awareness and life experience - Ability to follow current events such as the situation in the world and Finland We value a confident approach to customer interactions. Previous customer service/sales experience is considered an advantage. Requirements: - 18 years of age or older - Fluent Finnish language skills - Basic computer skills Our working hours are usually weekdays from 8:45 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. Our office is located in the city center with good transportation connections. A guaranteed salary provides security. Due to commissions and bonuses, you can expect your salary to be around €2,000/month after the first month, with potential growth to €3,000-4,000/month. We also have ongoing contests for trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards. Our team is energetic and like-minded. Openness, flexibility, and understanding are everyday values in our offices.
