At Hatanpää Campus Hospital in Tampere, there is a general medicine rehabilitation department, and we are looking for a skilled and rehabilitation-enthusiastic specialist doctor to join as a department physician. The patient group mainly includes orthopedic and stroke rehabilitation patients who need rehabilitation at a basic level. Other departments at Hatanpää Campus Hospital are geriatric wards led by a geriatrician. Consultations are smooth, and collegial support is close by. The qualification requirement for the position is a specialist degree in physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, or general medicine. Previous work in rehabilitation is considered an advantage. Good and fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Additionally, the selected candidate must have vaccination protection in accordance with the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) §48.
