We are looking for an INSTRUCTOR for the Valkeakoski location, in the TOVA training group. Kiipula's TOVA training groups consist of small groups of 13 students, who are students requiring intensive special support. The instructor's task is to guide the student group in educational and work situations within the learning environments of the educational institution and working life. They support students individually, taking into account their different support needs. The instructor arranges work placements for students and maintains regular contact with workplaces. The role also involves participating in multidisciplinary collaboration and student networks together with the rest of the team. Suitable qualifications include a degree related to the field of education or another relevant qualification, as well as work experience in similar roles. Experience in guiding special groups and knowledge of regional service networks are considered an advantage. Good information and communication technology skills are also valued. Success in this role requires a flexible, solution-oriented approach and excellent interaction and collaboration skills. The position is fixed-term from August 3, 2026, to June 2, 2028, with a six-month probation period. The average working hours are 38.25 hours per week, and a flexitime system is used, meaning weekly hours may vary. The salary is according to the private education sector collective agreement (VR 4, 2262.62 €), plus possible experience-based allowances, which can be up to 16% of the salary.
