Steel Structure Assembler / Welder - WE Rekry Oy - Turku, Finland

As a steel structure assembler / welder, you will work on steel construction and repair projects. The role suits someone who can take responsibility for their work and work independently without constant supervision. Your tasks include, for example: installation of steel and iron structures, metal work related to repair construction, MIG and stick welding as part of daily work, working both at the company’s premises and at project sites in the Turku area, and occasional travel work as needed. The position is permanent, with varied projects and practical work. You will have the opportunity to utilize and develop your skills. We hope you have previous experience in the metal industry and are ready to work independently. Practical skills and the right attitude are most important. We require: previous experience in metal work or relevant education, basic skills in MIG and stick welding, ability to work independently and proactively, interest in steel construction and repair work. Advantages include: experience in steel structure installation, experience in metal projects in the construction industry, willingness to travel occasionally. The salary ranges from 15 to 18 euros per hour depending on skills and experience.
