Senior Software Solution Consultant - Automotive - Unikie Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Senior Software Solution Consultant - Automotive with a strong engineering background to support technical discovery, solution shaping, rough estimation, and proposal preparation for automotive software projects. This is an engineering-led customer-facing role, not a sales role. You will work closely with customers, sales, delivery, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges, assess technical feasibility, define possible solution approaches, and help create realistic proposals. You will bring deep embedded automotive software expertise and experience from customer-facing technical work in a software services, outsourcing, outstaffing, or engineering consulting environment. The role involves discussing complex technical topics with customer engineering teams, defining architecture and platform assumptions, estimating work in uncertain situations, and connecting customer needs with Unikie’s delivery capabilities in areas such as software-defined vehicles, connectivity, ADAS, OTA, V2X, Android Auto / Automotive, security, and embedded software platforms. Responsibilities include understanding technical needs, assessing requirements, supporting discovery and architecture, turning unclear needs into projectable approaches, preparing delivery plans, and representing Unikie’s expertise in customer meetings.
