Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are partnering with a leading organisation within the steel manufacturing and distribution industry to support their recruitment function through an RPO model. Due to ongoing hiring demand, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to join the team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and recruitment operations, supporting a broad range of hiring needs across the business. Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other market channels, supporting recruitment for industrial and corporate roles up to middle management level, building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate information and recruitment progress with high accuracy, partnering closely with recruiters and stakeholders, and ensuring processes align with best practices and compliance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple roles, detail-oriented, autonomous in a remote environment, with experience supporting industrial and/or corporate hiring.
