We are looking for an installation supervisor/site manager for our client Dymont Installation Oy, specializing in mechanical installation projects. The recruitment is carried out in collaboration with Wulff Works and the client company, but applications and inquiries are handled by Wulff Works. The work is performed in mechanical work environments, at various project sites in Finland, and potentially abroad. Job Tasks In this role, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and site monitoring of mechanical installation projects. Tasks include organizing the work of installers, tracking schedules, quality control, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and project management. You will also participate in interpreting technical plans, reporting and documenting on-site activities, and solving practical challenges and change situations at the sites.
