The Team Lead position is an excellent opportunity for a person with a nursing background to gain experience in nursing home management training and create career development in care sector roles. What will you be doing? - Basic nursing work and presence in the residents' everyday life - Responsibility for residents' medication therapy as well as maintaining and developing medication-related matters - Close cooperation with relatives - Organizing and guiding daily work and procuring substitutes as an assistant to the manager - Acting as the manager's deputy if necessary The position is full-time and valid until further notice. Work is done on weekday mornings and we can agree on the start date with you. Preferably as soon as possible. We have 31 resident places. Our nursing home is divided into 2 group homes, Onni and Toivo. What do we require from you? - Nursing degree - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract will be checked at the start of employment - Sote professional card (certificate card) We value genuine interest and experience in working with residents who need care and support in their everyday lives.
