Nordic leader in technical trade is now seeking an active sales assistant for electrical products to join Ahlsell's sales team. If you have experience in sales, customer service, and electrical product areas, this role might be suitable for you. Job responsibilities include ensuring high-quality and professional customer service, presenting technical features of products, receiving goods, shelving, inventory, product labeling, and maintaining tidy and clear displays. You will ensure product availability according to customer needs in collaboration with the store manager and team, handle ordering of products from central warehouse for customers and stock replenishment, and participate in displaying new products and campaigns. You will also be involved in campaigns, events, and customer gatherings. Desired qualities include: - Customer orientation and service-mindedness - Proactivity and sales drive - Good interpersonal skills and situational awareness - Positivity and good communication skills - Initiative, perseverance, and responsibility - Interest in learning new things and developing the store - Cheerful and energetic attitude, representing the store Preferred education and technical skills: - Basic knowledge of the electrical industry, with LVI, industrial, and refrigeration knowledge considered an advantage. - Customer service and sales experience - Good skills in basic IT programs and ability to learn new systems quickly - Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Your future colleagues: The team includes 2 sales assistants and a store manager. In Finland, there are approximately 700 colleagues. Ahlsell has 40 units in Finland, a logistics center in Hyvinkää, and headquarters in Vantaa. Working hours for sales assistants are from 7:00 to 16:00. The unit is closed on weekends and public holidays. Our customers include professionals in HVAC, electrical, industrial, plumbing, and refrigeration sectors.
