Senior Lawyer, Denmark - Bondora - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our legal team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting the growth of our business in Denmark. This role is ideal for a business-oriented legal advisor who can navigate regulatory frameworks while driving innovation and competitiveness. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, ensuring legal security and compliance in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your main responsibilities will be: Act as a business-oriented legal advisor, balancing compliance with competitiveness and identifying innovative solutions to drive business forward. Draft, advise on, update, implement, and ensure compliance with loan agreements and related documentation for the Danish market. Track changes in industry legislation and ensure timely implementation. Negotiate, prepare, and evaluate legal documents for business partnerships, vendors, and subcontractors in Denmark. Guide the Country Manager and legal team in compliance and legal matters. Cooperate with internal departments and stakeholders to provide legal expertise. Handle customer complaints, regulatory queries, and assist the debt recovery team, ensuring the company’s interests are protected. Perform additional legal tasks as needed in the scope of the role.
