Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative advisory services to clients in industrial, logistics, and data center segments.
- Manage leasing transactions and relocation projects independently.
- Advise clients on location strategies, lease structures, and portfolio optimization.
- Support data center advisory projects with analytical materials and market overviews.
- Analyze lease structures, financial implications, and development feasibility.
- Coordinate site searches, negotiations, and transaction processes.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and strategic advisory materials.
- Maintain transaction reporting, timelines, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate across CBRE service lines for integrated service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate Economics, Business/Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, consulting, or a related field (advisor)
- 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to manage transactions and client relationships (senior advisor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Finnish and English
