Following a recent rebrand and significant investment into product and technology, the company is scaling its leadership team and strengthening its operational infrastructure. This is a high-impact opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth. The Director of Casino Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial performance of the online casino offering. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hire will own the operational and commercial execution across key areas including game performance, supplier relationships, player experience, and promotional effectiveness. This role requires a commercially driven operator with a strong understanding of online gaming and a passion for delivering best-in-class player experiences. Key Responsibilities include owning core casino KPIs such as revenue, engagement, retention, player value, and bonus efficiency; managing relationships with game providers, aggregators, and platform partners; overseeing the end-to-end player journey; identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and growth; acting as a key operating partner to the General Manager; leading cross-functional initiatives; and establishing operational discipline. Success in the first 12 months includes improving KPIs, enhancing supplier performance visibility, delivering player experience improvements, developing strategic partnerships, and becoming a trusted leadership team member. Requirements include 7+ years’ experience in online casino or related environments, strong understanding of gaming economics and retention strategies, vendor management experience, proven data-driven performance improvement, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
