We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic customer advisor for our client in Vantaa. As a customer advisor, you will be an important part of the customer service team, answering customer inquiries and supporting the smooth logistics processes. Your workday will mainly consist of customer communication via phone and handling order deliveries. We expect the applicant to have good interaction skills and a customer service mindset. It would be great if you have already gained experience in telephone customer service or other fast-paced customer service roles. The position requires excellent Finnish language skills as well as good English language skills. We offer you the opportunity to develop in customer service tasks within logistics. You will learn from professional and friendly team members and receive thorough onboarding for the role. The work is primarily performed at the office in Vantaa during weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. The start date will be agreed upon once a suitable candidate is found, and we offer positions with varying hours (0-37.5 hours/week).
