Requirements
- 5 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across motion graphics, animation, branding, digital marketing, print design, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to create both static and motion-based creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for multiple mediums, including digital, web, social media, presentations, video, events, and print production.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of the design, animation, video production, or content creation process.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and design systems across both static and motion applications.
- Experience with AI-generated imagery, video generation, prompt development, and emerging creative technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative standards and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field preferred.
