You are the person we are looking for if you have enthusiasm and readiness to care for seniors in their own homes. We seek compassionate, reliable, and social individuals to strengthen our care provider team. Qualifications or experience are less important than the genuine ability to care for others. As a care provider, you improve the quality of life for seniors and assist them in functioning independently. Your tasks are diverse. You will help seniors in daily activities to ensure smooth everyday life. Tasks may include companionship, assistance with household chores such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and often outdoor activities, shopping, and errands. Personal care, such as assisting with morning and evening routines, may also be part of the job. Requirements: - Suitability and desire for care work. - Reliability and flexibility. - Positive attitude and sociability. - Good spoken and written Finnish skills. - We will check the employee's credit information. - According to the Social Welfare and Health Care Supervision Act 741/2023 §28, a person to be employed must present a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act. - Please provide references for the job application.
