We are looking for a responsible and versatile Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our sunny team in the center of Mikkeli. The role involves managing cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, training new employees, and providing excellent customer service. The work includes supervising team members, quality control, reporting, and direct hotel cleaning. The position is mainly at one hotel, with occasional support at another, both with experienced staff and a cheerful atmosphere. The work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours based on hotel occupancy. The employment is permanent, starting immediately upon finding a suitable candidate.
