Site Commissioning Lead, Granlund Oy, Kajaani, Helsinki, Oulu, Lahti, Kotka tai Kouvola - Academic Work

In this key role, you will lead the demanding commissioning phases of international data center projects. You will act as the main contact at the site level for commissioning and drive the process forward with determined daily decisions, clear prioritization, and active guidance. You will work closely with the expert team to ensure that technical solutions meet the strictest quality requirements and that the transition from installation to operational activity is completely smooth. The role involves practical management on-site, technical quality assurance, and coordination of expert teams during the final stages of industrial projects. You will lead the commissioning organization, perform resource planning, and be responsible for commissioning budgeting. You will coordinate seamless collaboration between electrical, HVAC, automation, fire safety, and IT operators. You will act as a link between project management and construction and operational teams. You will ensure that procedures, quality criteria, safety instructions, and documentation requirements are met without exception. You will resolve daily technical and logistical issues with pulse on events and maintain precise documentation and clear communication with project management and clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the entire commissioning process of data centers from design review to final acceptance, experience leading multidisciplinary commissioning teams, practical understanding of electrical, HVAC, and automation systems in a data center environment, and fluent Finnish and English skills. Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
