Job Description
The COO Office is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead JIRA Administrator to join our Tooling team. Our mission within the COO Office is to empower the Product & Tech organization to deliver high-quality products by meticulously planning and executing product releases, fostering aligned ways of working, and ensuring effective project management and communication in accordance with the Rhythm of the Business. As Lead Jira Administrator, you will play a key role in owning and evolving Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem to support our Product & Tech operating model. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer, and Operations to drive effective tooling governance, change management, reporting, and collaboration. You will also lead continuous improvements in how teams plan, track, and communicate work—ensuring Jira enables outcomes rather than overhead.
