South Karelia Central Hospital provides specialized healthcare services to residents of the South Karelia wellbeing area. We are recruiting hospital housekeepers for cleaning and meal service tasks. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, and work is either two- or three-shift depending on the department. Work tasks require a high level of hygiene, so applicants must have good independent control of hospital cleaning methods and careful work quality. We hope you have suitable education, such as a professional qualification in facility or hospital cleaning, or a willingness to complete this qualification through apprenticeship training. You will receive thorough orientation at the start of employment. We require vaccinations according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act and a hygiene passport. We will assist you in obtaining these as the selection process progresses. Hospital cleaning and meal service tasks require good Finnish language skills. Applications should be submitted in Finnish.
