Metsähirvas is looking for a receptionist to strengthen its team for the upcoming winter season. Metsähirvas is located in a scenic area on the banks of the Kemijoki River, about a 20-minute drive from Rovaniemi city center. We offer our guests quality accommodation, restaurant services, and experiences in an international travel environment. Responsibilities: As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the daily customer service at our hotel. Your tasks will include: - Check-in and check-out of guests - Handling reservations - Customer advice and guidance - Phone and email service - Cash register work - Other daily reception tasks The work involves shift work, and a car is essential. We expect from you: - Excellent customer service attitude - Fluent Finnish language skills (mandatory) - Good English language skills - Good IT skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and resilience under pressure in busy situations - Previous experience in hotel reception or the travel industry is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us.
