You will lead, coach, and develop customer-focused service managers, ensure quality and efficient service delivery, and support financial management. The role involves managing customer accounts, developing service management, and participating in process development. The salary range is 5500-6500 €/month, based on skills and experience. We work in a hybrid model, with options for remote work, and the office can be in Espoo or Tampere. Travel within Finland a few times a month is required.
