Esperi Hoivakoti Joutsenon Suvanto offers around-the-clock service housing for the elderly and those with memory impairments. The home has 16 residents. We live active daily lives, encouraging each resident to participate according to their abilities. Our team consists of professionals working with heart to create a homely atmosphere. Located in Jänhiälä village, Lappeenranta. As a care assistant, you will create a safe, meaningful, and dignified daily life for residents through basic care, medication management, outdoor activities, functional support, health monitoring, and various procedures. You will also participate in daily arrangements and activity operations with the team. The summer employment is until August 31, with an immediate start preferred. The work involves 3-shift work, including night shifts, with hours from 1 to 115 hours per 3 weeks. Salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a care assistant depends on experience, ranging from €2415.76 to €2612.33 per month (G20C). Requirements include a valid care assistant qualification, infection control vaccination, medication license, basic Finnish language skills (B1), a positive and proactive attitude, and a criminal record extract. 91% of summer workers would recommend us as a workplace.
