The Tallikatu residential unit provides 24-hour assisted living for elderly people. The unit has 32 places in two group homes, Arvo and Herta. As a registered nurse, your duties include monitoring the client's general condition, observing possible changes, and reporting them as needed. You are responsible for the residents' medication therapy and updating the medication plan. You will work in a multidisciplinary team for the best well-being of the resident. You work with a rehabilitative approach and provide clients with support and guidance regarding rehabilitation and improving functional capacity. You also participate in activities that bring joy to each client individually and in the planning of meaningful activities. What do we expect from you? - You are a registered nurse licensed in Finland. - You have a hygiene passport and have successfully completed the LOVe medication management online tests. - You have previous experience working with elderly people. - You speak and write Finnish fluently. - A customer-oriented mindset, good interaction skills, and a positive attitude towards development. Start date in the position is October 1, 2026, or by agreement. The probationary period for the position is six months. The work is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min per week, and shifts are mainly on weekday mornings. You must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the employment begins, and you must have valid vaccine protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016).
