Licensed Practical Nurse, Elderly Services, 24/7 Service Housing, Mynämäki - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Mynämäki, Finland

You will work at Kuivelakoti, a 15-place unit for 24/7 elderly care and housing, ensuring good care and support for residents. Your duties include basic care, medication administration, nutrition management, oske activities (activities supporting participation and social interaction), and rehabilitative nursing work in collaboration with other staff. Emphasis is placed on self-care, preparing RAI assessments and care plans, and maintaining cooperation with relatives. You will always work with other staff members and never alone. Collegial support is provided during each shift. The work is in three shifts. We offer the opportunity to perform diverse and responsible practical nursing work in 24/7 housing. You will be able to utilize and develop your skills as part of a multidisciplinary team. There is also the possibility to complete the LOVe medication license within an agreed timeframe at the start of employment. We value experience working with the elderly. Additional points include a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment tools, and good IT skills. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an equivalent previous qualification, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
