Sales Negotiator

Valoo builds future fibre networks for Finnish homes and challenges traditional practices in the fibre market. We are expanding our taloyhtiömyynti team in Lappeenranta with an experienced sales professional who can build trust, identify customer needs and drive the sales process to completion. The role involves acquiring new housing company customers in your territory and developing existing ones, contacting housing decision-makers and stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and conducting customer meetings, mapping customer needs and offering solutions, participating in housing association meetings, actively advancing negotiations and sales processes, and coordinating with housing associations, managing to bring the sales process from first contact to signed agreement. The position blends new business development, negotiation skills and long-term customer relationship building. Work is performed flexibly from home, at customer sites, and, if needed, from the office. The role mainly follows office hours with occasional evening work due to housing meetings, and some flexibility in work hours. We value a proactive, organized and results-driven approach, ability to manage your own sales process and keep several accounts in motion, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. A B-driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer meetings is required. Prior experience in housing association sales or knowledge of the telecom/fiber sector is especially valued. Salary consists of a fixed monthly component and commission, with target earnings around €4,000–€5,500 per month.
