Folkhälsan Welfare Ltd employs nurse assistants for the group homes at Östanlid. The service housing at Östanlid offers around-the-clock care for the elderly. The service housing consists of four group homes: Betsy, Victor, Elise and Valter. Our focus is the wellbeing of the elderly and a meaningful everyday life. We have a warm work culture where cooperation, safety and job satisfaction are central, and where everyone feels seen and appreciated. The position is permanent and part-time. The employment percentage is between 75–90% by agreement. Work starts as agreed, as soon as possible. Your duties as a nurse assistant include supporting the elderly together with the team in daily life based on their individual needs and wishes. The work includes nursing, help with household chores, meals, outdoor activities and contributing to a safe and meaningful everyday life for the elderly. Requirements for a nurse assistant are a nurse assistant degree or a comparable previous qualification such as assistant nurse or primary nurse with registration in Valvira. Who are you? We expect flexibility and good teamwork ability. You are interested in developing your own work, you dare to take on new challenges and understand the importance of teamwork. We assume that you have good skills in both Swedish and Finnish, in speech and writing. We also see that the nurse assistant has a valid drug administration permit.
