Casual Director for Luona Community Living Services - Luona Oy - Kirkkonummi, Finland

Luona Masala Seppä is a 24-place housing unit for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation in Kirkkonummi, located conveniently. You will have a great opportunity to participate in building and developing future community living together with residents and the team. Work shifts are scheduled for mornings and evenings on weekdays from 7:00 to 21:00, and evenings on weekends. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, overseen by a service manager. The core of the director's role is client-centered and aligned with the goals of community living, including guiding and advising clients in daily activities and life management, and community work. Responsibilities include promoting clients' functional capacity, acting as a key worker, supporting social rehabilitation, maintaining and strengthening community, monitoring health status, administering medication, assisting with meal preparations, and administrative tasks.
