Job Description
K-Group is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to strengthen the responsible and impactful use of online data within its international building and technical systems business. In this role, you will develop solutions supporting the digital services of both Onninen and K-Rauta, improving the customer experience for both consumer and corporate clients. As a Senior Web Analyst, you will develop how digital channel data is collected, analyzed, and utilized in decision-making. Your duties include designing measurement solutions, defining data collection, and ensuring tracking functionality in collaboration with developers and other experts. You will also produce reports and analyses and provide support for cookie management, consents, and the technical application of data protection requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality and developing analytics practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes with stakeholders. You will work with data from digital customer journeys, e-commerce, and customer service portals using modern analytics and reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with data and digital development experts to influence the long-term development of digital channel analytics and customer understanding.

Requirements
- Understanding of digital channel data collection, measurement, and analytics
- Several years of experience in digital channel analytics and developing measurement for digital services
- Experience with web analytics and tag management solutions (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience in data processing, reporting, and developing analytics architecture and data models
- Understanding of cookie management, consents, and technical application of data protection requirements
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible approach
- Ability to communicate analytics findings clearly to various audiences from developers to business management
- University degree or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Fluent communication in English
