Kitchen Sales Associate - Kaluste-Trading Finland Oy

We are looking for a commercially-minded and customer-oriented kitchen sales associate for full-time and permanent employment at our Turku store. The role involves selling kitchen and other household furniture to customers. Responsibilities include customer meetings and visits, assessing customer needs, furniture planning, active customer contact, and sales work. You will handle ordering, scheduling, and communication with suppliers and installers for completed orders. Modern systems and tools are used in our work. We will train and orient the selected candidate. You can be an industry veteran or someone aspiring to be one. The most important qualities are the ability to achieve results as part of a functioning team, in an encouraging environment at the Charmia flagship store in Turku, Ravattula. We expect from you: · Commercial mindset and genuine desire to sell proactively · Good and active customer service skills and customer focus in all situations · Ability to listen to customers and find suitable solutions · Independent, efficient, and meticulous work approach, along with good team spirit · Understanding of home renovations and interior construction, and an interest in interior design will help you in the role. · Skills in Swedish and English are considered an advantage. · A driving license is essential for the role.
