You are suitable for temporary retail work if you enjoy working at different locations and feel that customer service might be your thing. What kind of work is it? At Joblink, you do temporary work at various retail locations during shifts you choose yourself. You work flexibly according to your own schedule. You can conveniently book shifts using the Joblink app. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, but sometimes you know your shifts several weeks in advance. It’s good to know that temporary work often follows our clients’ seasonal peaks – during busy times, there are many shifts, and during quieter seasons, fewer. Your own flexibility, attitude, and activity influence how many shifts are offered to you. Shelf stockers receive and unload shipments, display products, and ensure that shelves stay tidy. Accuracy, quick work pace, and organization are required for shelf stocking. Work usually starts in the morning from 6 am, so it is especially suitable for morning people. The work is flexible from Monday to Saturday. In all retail jobs, the main goal is for the customer to leave the shopping experience with a good feeling. You do not need to worry about lacking skills. What do we expect from you? You do not need previous work experience; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us. Previous experience in daily goods retail is a plus but not a requirement. As a temporary worker, you enjoy variety and have the courage to take on multiple different work sites. We hope you have good social skills and are enthusiastic about meeting new people. You need fluent Finnish language skills and must be at least 18 years old.
