Job Description
Hoivatie is seeking a summer substitute for Rovarinne in Rovaniemi from July to August. Rovarinne is a residential unit for children aged 12-17 with mental health challenges, long-term school problems, and possible substance experimentation. The role involves creating a rehabilitative and safe daily life for children, planning weekly programs, engaging in everyday activities like games, cooking, and outings, supporting emotional and social skills, collaborating with families and multi-professional teams, and using methods like substance assessment or ART. The ideal candidate has a social or health care qualification (e.g., social worker or practical nurse), is ready for three-shift work, and can work in July-August.
