Guidance Worker - Autismisäätiö - Helsinki, Finland

The Autism Foundation is seeking a guidance worker for full-time, permanent employment starting from August 1, 2026, or by agreement. The role involves planning and implementing daily activities for clients, guiding groups, listening to clients, and considering their needs. The work is day-time work on weekdays, mainly in Vallila, Helsinki, with activities both inside and outside the unit. The guidance worker will utilize their special expertise to benefit clients, helping them learn new skills and utilize existing ones, with the goal of improving quality of life and social participation. The work includes designing activities, guiding groups, client interaction, reporting, maintaining professional skills, and developing operations and the work unit. Requirements include a Valvira-registered practical nurse or other suitable qualification and experience. Preferred skills include a positive attitude, interest in working with support needs, good Finnish language skills, experience with neurodiverse individuals, medication studies, first aid (EA1), and hygiene pass.
