We are looking for an entrepreneurship trainer to mentor new entrepreneurs. We seek a versatile entrepreneurship expert for the role of entrepreneurship trainer in the Turku region. If you are enthusiastic about promoting entrepreneurship, mentoring entrepreneurs, and guiding adult students, you may be the expert we are looking for. In this role, you will be responsible as a lead trainer for implementing the "From Idea to Entrepreneurship" and "Deepening Entrepreneurial Skills" training courses in the Turku employment area. The training is delivered in a blended format, including online and face-to-face sessions. The target groups are individuals considering business activities, planning entrepreneurship, or who have recently started a business. The goal of the training is to prepare participants for entrepreneurship and business development through education and personalized guidance. Your responsibilities: - Guide and support adult students planning business activities in assessing entrepreneurship suitability, concretizing business ideas, and preparing business plans - Support early-stage entrepreneurs in developing their business activities - Plan and deliver entrepreneurship training in online and face-to-face settings - Develop training materials and apply teaching methods that promote entrepreneurship - Work closely with employment area stakeholders. We expect from you: - Relevant higher education degree - Broad entrepreneurship knowledge and personal entrepreneurial experience - Experience in training or coaching adult students in entrepreneurship - Teaching experience in online and face-to-face settings and pedagogical skills - Ability to train in English - Enthusiasm and skills to guide adult students through different stages of training - Willingness to help clients develop their skills and business - Proficient use of digital work and communication tools - Independent, active, and flexible working and development approach - Good interaction and collaboration skills, customer service orientation. We are hiring for a full-time, permanent position. The work will start in September 2026, according to agreement. Salary is based on the Collective Agreement for Vocational Adult Education Centers.
