Job Description
Responsibilities include registering and analyzing accounting transactions, provisions, and adjustments. Record supplier and creditor invoices, ensuring proper classification. Perform account and credit card reconciliations. Analyze advances to suppliers, contractors, and agents. Prepare inventory provisions and market cost provisions. Generate periodic financial reports at the corporate level. Support physical inventory processes and adjustments. Monitor and review travel expenses. Custody and archive accounting supports and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
