Responsibilities: Gathering, validating and documenting business and system requirements Modeling business processes, including crypto transaction flows and identifying opportunities for process improvements Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, outlining business and technical impacts Designing and documenting integrations with external systems (blockchain networks, liquidity providers, payment systems) Creating functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API specifications, diagrams) Simplifying complex technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams Defining business problems through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information Outlining detailed requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs Participating in integration testing, UAT, and validation of financial and transaction flows Improving and maintaining product and project documentation standards Participating in development of methods and techniques for requirements management and business case preparation Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams on solution design
