Cleaning Supervisor - Alfa-Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

ALFA-Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy is a Jyväskylä-based company providing property maintenance, cleaning, and renovation services. We are now seeking a temporary Cleaning Supervisor. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead our cleaning service team. Your responsibilities include ensuring that our client companies receive the promised cleaning service and that customers are satisfied with the cleanliness of their premises. You are service-minded, flexible, and work efficiently and confidently. Previous experience in the cleaning industry and relevant training are required. Proficiency in Finnish and English is necessary. Your tasks include, among others, new sales of cleaning services, quality control, recruiting employees, onboarding employees, work planning, participating in customer meetings, and other duties. In urgent situations, you are also familiar with participating in work tasks. The job requires a B-driver's license and a personal car, with car usage compensated according to the tax-approved kilometer rate. We offer an interesting job. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 6:00 to 18:00, with a standard shift from 8:00 to 16:00 (7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week). This employment is temporary, lasting 9-12 months, starting as agreed, no later than August-September 2026. The position follows the collective agreement for property services industry professionals. Salary ranges from €2,500 to €3,000 per month, depending on training, experience, and skill level. Additionally, our company offers a sales commission system that rewards all new service agreements made through new customer sales.
