Sales Manager, Security Technology, Kotka - Caverion - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a security technology sales manager to our team to handle solution sales and develop customer relationships in Southeast Finland, focusing on Kymenlaakso. The role involves building comprehensive security technology solutions based on customer needs (e.g., surveillance and radio communication systems) and increasing sales. The job emphasizes long-term customer work, identifying upselling opportunities, and actively advancing the sales process. You will be responsible for security technology solution sales, developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading your sales pipeline, and achieving commercial goals. You will prepare offers and contracts, participate in negotiations, work closely with project and maintenance specialists, and sell solutions for new and renovation projects across customer segments. We expect you to have an independent, active, and goal-oriented work approach, experience in technical B2B sales and successful customer development, solution-oriented thinking, good communication and negotiation skills, and a clean background (security clearance required). Knowledge of security technology and sales, understanding of IP-based systems and technical solutions are considered advantages.
