Production Worker / Machine Operator - Kaiku HR Tampere - Kangasala, Finland

We are looking for a Production Worker / Machine Operator for our client company Taerosol in Kangasala. Taerosol Oy specializes in hair care products and technical aerosols, operating as a private label manufacturer and brand house. They offer comprehensive turnkey solutions from product development to ready-to-sell products. The modern family-owned factory, with a high level of automation, is located in the Kallio business area in Kangasala. More information about the company can be found at www.taerosol.com. We are now recruiting a production worker / machine operator for them. The role involves working on an automated production line as part of a three-person team. Initially, you will mainly handle packaging tasks at the end of the line, while also receiving training in aerosol machine operation. Prior experience in aerosol production is not required, but we are looking for someone with previous experience in operating and adjusting production machinery. To succeed in this role, you need: - Previous experience in industrial work, especially with automated production lines - A proactive approach to work - Good physical condition, as the job involves active standing - Good communication skills for teamwork - Ability to work both morning and evening shifts. Morning shifts are two consecutive weeks (Mon-Fri 6-14), and evening shifts every third week (Mon-Thu 14-00). The working hours are 40 hours per week. July is an exception, with only day shifts. The work begins tentatively on July 1, 2026, with an initial duration of 6 months, possibly longer. The salary is in accordance with chemical industry standards.
